Clay Schwartz founded Pinpoint Land Surveys, PLLC in 2002.  Clay is a proud native of Montana and a graduate of Montana State University.  He has been in the land surveying profession more than 35 years.  As a land surveyor and manager with engineering firms in Montana, Washington, Idaho, and Wyoming, Clay has gained extensive experience in surveys required for highway projects, utility projects, multi-family housing projects, land subdivisions, and construction surveys.  He is knowledgeable in state and county subdivision regulations and will consult with clients to find the most efficient and cost-effective method to achieve your land surveying needs.
